MAY 14th – 30th. Cherry Pit Theater
Can I make it any clearer than that? Greg Keller has written a play that touches on unspoken race and class issues in a masterful and compelling way. Keep in mind this is a bare-bones production with a limited rehearsal process, and yet I was as moved and inspired leaving this theater as I’ve been only a handful of times in my life. Greg’s talent for capturing realism on stage and daring to tackle characters and subject matters that are grand in scope make him one of the most exciting voices I’ve come across in my short time in New York.
